Mr. and Mrs. Cowans are the 3rd generation to own “Cowans Tires”.

In the bathroom there were quotes from random people. Steve Mc Queen was one of many.

“In my eyes Jr. Johnson (a North Carolina Racer) is a golden racer.” -Mrs. Cowan….

All quotes were in common they all were about racers. Racers was choosen because guys like cars and it’s the bathroom of a tire company

Mrs. Cowan made the “Message Board” her self.

The counter top was designed by Mrs. Cowan but was made by a resident of Rutherfordton, NC. They live less than a mile away from the shop
