Former StudentsSuccess Stories

It's been quite a while since I was a student at NE Metro for the Graphics Design course (2003). Well, back then when we took a trip to the MN Art Institute, I remember talking to you about my future plans, which involved studying medicine and maybe doing some graphics or animation, even if as a hobby.I'm doing my final year in medicine at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago, Dominican Republic. My current goals include specializing in the US and possibly staying there for living or moving to Canada (for various reasons). I just remembered you, since I was taking a look at some Masters programs at University of Toronto and I saw one that had everything I liked, Biomedical Communicator. It is a 2 year program and the job options are almost endless. However I'm very into medicine now, but it's good to know that careers like this exist out there, and who knows if I could do that someday and start a business to go along with my practice...
