Part-A (For All Government / Private Colleges) 1) Go to higher education portal : http://mphighereducation.nic.in
2) Go to Login.
3) Enter your Id and Password in the following window.
4) At first login of college/new user you will see following window. You will be prompted
to change the password. You must be ready with new password, and keep it safe.
5) After changing password login again you will see the following window.

6) After successful login you will see the following window having instructions.
Please read the instructions carefully.
7) Now Select 1.1 Register Institute Profile from 1. Initialization

8) Following window will appear. Add/Modify the details. Then Click on update Profile.
9) Click on Register Institute bank account (Menu option 1.4), You will see the above
window. Follow the instructions.
10) You can get the IFSC code by the following window

11) Now you can start register courses one at a time using menu option 2.1 Register
courses, under courses menu. Repeat this process for all courses to be registered.
12) Register the details of the courses in the above right window by selection options in
Course, Course Stream, Course mode (Conventional/Self finance). In the Course Fee enter
the total annual fee for Genral as well as SC and ST students for the above selected
course stream (fee of different heads including refundable and non refundable fees).
13) After registering the entire course which is running in your college. Select the option
2.2 Register Seats under Courses as shown in following left window.
14) Enter the Department and number of seats. Uploading of course affiliation certificate
is optional. Click on “Update Button”. You will see the following window. For B.A.
enter the total seats including all combinations, not individually for each
combination.

15) Repeat process 13 and 14 for every course/subject/subject combinations running in
your college.
16) After that Send the Courses for verification online. For this select option 2.3 “Send
Courses for Verification” as shown below. You will see the following window.
17) Click on the “Lock and Send for Verification” button as shown in the above window.
Following window will appear. You have to write some remark in the “Remark Column”
for every course you are sending for verification (mandatory).

Following window will show the Success message, if all is ok. Otherwise following the
online screen messages.

17.2) Click on the “Lock and Send for Verification” button as shown in the above window.
Following window will show the Success message, if all is ok.
18) Private colleges has to submit the college permission as well as the course/subject/
subject combinations related affiliation documents to the Verification Centre allotted to
you. Accordingly the Verification centre shall verify/object/reject with proper reason.
19) If Verification center has objected any course it will be available to the college for
editing/modification. After modification you have to repeat the procedure 14 to 18.
20) You can View the course sent for verification/List of Verified course and
rejected/objected course using the menu options 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6. As shown in following
windows.

21) To change Password: (Use option 6.1 “Change Password” option) and follow the
onscreen instructions as shown in following windows.

Part-B (For Verification Help Centers Only)
22) To verify the courses of the private/ aided colleges allotted to you for course
verification and courses of your college :
Your first have to Register the Employees from menu option 3.1 “Register Employees
and Lock their profile” (The data of employees working in Govt. College is already been
imported and will be displayed).
23) Update/add new employee who is going to be verify the coursees for online
admissions as per following windows.
24) After update/adding the employee, you have to create the employee user id and
password. For that select the option 3.2 “Create user name and password….”. You will
see the following window. Click on the “Create” button against the employee name to
create his/her user id and password.

25) After that, user id and password of the employee will be displayed as shown in
following window. Give this user-id and password to the related employee. The
employee can change the password at his/her first login.
After noting user id and
password press this button to
close the window.

26) You can see the list of employees whose user accounts have been created.
27) Now you have to give the authorities to employees for verification of courses. For this
select menu option 4.1 “Manage Authorities of employees” as shown in above window.
Following window will appear from which you can add/remove the authorities by
clicking on “Add/Remove” button against the employee.

28) After clicking on “Add/Remove” button against the employee you will see the
following window. Select the Authority from the drop down menu as “Verification
Adminsitrator”.
29) You can monitor the course verification of colleges allotted to you as following:
• Colleges that have not sent courses for verification
• view verified courses and
• view courses rejected/objected from the following menus as shown in following
window.

Part-C (For Persons Having Verification Authority)
30) The Person is going to verify the courses must have the user id and password in
hand.
• Go to higher education portal : http://mphighereducation.nic.in
• Click on Login and enter your user id, password and capcha security code.
31) After login you will see the following window. Click on the “college course
verification” button.
32) After Clicking on the “college course verification” button you will see the “Course
Verification” menu as shown in following window

33) Click on the “Verify Courses” button in the following window against any college.
34) You will see following window.
35) To verify the particular course you have to click on the “view detail” button in
the above window. Following window will appear.

36) To verify the courses online:
• If the entire document produced for the above particular course is valid then
• Select the verification Status as “Course Verified”. Write remark in the “remark
box”.
• If there is any discrepancy between the course details entered by the college and
documents produced, then select verification status as “Objection on Courses” and
write proper remark in the remark box.
• After that press “Save Verification Details” button.
37) You can monitor
• The verified courses by you
• Courses objected by you
• List of colleges allotted to you that have not send the courses online for
verification by using the different option under the verification menu.
