Dear Mr. Agapito, Jr.
Please be advised that you owe me the sum of XXX which resulted from the breach of your obligation to repair my (model nung kotse) with plate number, which was brought to you for repair on XXXX.
The breakdown of the amount owing is as follows:
1. P31100 for the car repair fee;
2. P11000 for the XXX that you broke;
3. P2715 for the filing fee that I incurred in bringing this matter to the Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay XXX.
4. Additional Pxxxx as a form of damages for the breach of your obligation to repair my car and refusal to settle this matter in the Barangay level which has caused me to spend more time and effort in resolving this matter.
I am giving you a chance to settle this matter before I file a claim against you in Small Claims Court. Please contact me on or before January 24, 2015 for purposes of settling this matter. If I do not hear from you on or before January 24, 2015, I will file a claim against you without further notice. You can reach me at 09XXXXXXXXXIf you decide to ignore this demand for payment, I will further pursue all of my legal remedies without further notice to you. This letter serves as evidence that I have attempted to resolve this matter informally.
