This year’s Christmas Caroling parade in Clifton onDecember 1 was a huge success! We had 31 horses thisyear, plus a group of children and parents leading us insong – thanks to Pat Little for organizing her choir group. Many people volunteered and I thank each and everyone of you. Mary Flowers handled the trailer parking—next year we will give her an assistant! Barbara Larcomdid a great job with Registration/waiver signing, as didour many side walkers, and general helpers: Sue England,Sally Rood, Nancy Bennett, Joan Kersh, Dan Sassi, andall the parents of our darling children riders. Special thanksgo to Meg and Steve Holman, who roped off the churchparking lot early in the day, which saved me an extra tripinto Clifton. Thank you all for giving your assistance soour event could run smoothly and efficiently. CorisseVaughn brought the delicious selection of cookies again, which were much appreciated by all. Our excellent judgeswere Suzanne Clark, her daughter Liz, and Becky Cullen. They accomplished the judging in record time and hadeveryone back at their trailers before dark. Good jobladies!
