Don’t just repeat the same information / cut and paste each reporting period.

Use new form – Old forms will NOT be accepted

MUST enter data within 2 weeks for the action occurring

This system will be used for measuring compliance

The Desktop system for the ITS database will go away at the end of the day on December 31, 2012!

In the past 12 months, 8,483 children, birth through age two, received developmental screening and services through Part C Infant Toddler Services. This is an 11.4% increase over the previous 12 months.
