DDM Challan User Manual Step 1. Enter Sevarth ID, Password, Captcha and click Login button

Step 2. Click on Get Challan Details button

Step 3. Select Month and click on Make Payment button.

Step 4. Click I accept Challan Amount for Online Payment and Click Pay Now button.

Step 5. Select Payment Option, fill all information and Click PAY NOW button

Step 6. Enter OTP and Click Submit button

Step 7. Click on get receipt button to View Receipt.

Step 8. Shown receipt.

Step 9. If your online amount is deducted and receipt is not shown. Click on Check Payment Status on Home screen. Enter PRN number, Challan Amount and click Submit button.

Step 10. If transaction is successful then receipt button will be viewed.

Step 11. If you are not able to view receipt even after Check Payment Status and your online amount is deducted, click on Online Payment Refund button and Enter PRN number and Challan Amount and click Submit button.

Step 12. Shown your Refund Payment Status on your screen.

Step 13. If your payment is successful and refund can’t be done.

Step 14. If you want to check all payment details, click Payment History menu.
