Author accesses specification template

Author begins sketching specification in MS/Word using “Ideas”

As specification jells, author drags it to “Drafts” and creates several versions

Author copies final draft to Review and Approval where Category is added and

Approval Workflow is automatically launched

Reviewers collaborate on producing final version and, upon completion, move the document to “Publish and Make Record”

Upon arrival in “Publish and Make Record”, specification automatically

becomes a record and is made available to all users of the Site. Group “PLM

Project 180 Users are notified of arrival and attach SOP to PLM application
