Why is Cyberbullying different to bullying?

It can get to you anywhere e.g. through your mobile

phone

The bully can be anonymous

No one else can see the bullying happening

There are no witnesses

What can you do if you are being Cyberbullied?

Tell someone you trust

Do not reply to the message

Keep a copy of all the messages

Keep a note of the date and time the messages were sent

Block people you do not want to talk to

Change your contact details

If you are threatened contact the police.
