Getting back to that basketball game. Michael Jordan was a superstar even when the Chicago Bulls consistently ranked bottom of the league. He had a huge following of fans and amassed a personal fortune off that popularity, yet if you were to invest your money in the hope of a great result of game day, you would see a disappointing return.
Of course, that did change. After a number of dismal seasons, his coach famously told him - “Michael, you have to pass the ball”.
Once the number 23 grasped this concept, the Chicago Bulls won six championships in seven years… and he went on to be one of the best players of his time.

I’m always amazed to hear stories from prospective tenants - even the dream ones - about being treated like an inconvenience by many rental agencies. You’d think in current market conditions, tenants would be having the red carpet rolled out for them, but it seems restrictive viewing times and a lack of call backs remain the norm.
