Accessing The Scheduling Tool

1. Access the scheduler by clicking on the following address https://sanofi-

prod1.pegacloud.io/prweb/PRServletCustom/

2. Click on the “Create New Account” link

When creating a User Name and Password no special characters are required but are case sensitive

Logging Into The Scheduling Tool and Requesting a Clinic1. Enter the newly created user name in the

“User Name Field”

2. Enter the newly created password in the “Password Field”

– Note: The User Name and Password are case sensitive

2. Select the Option to “Create Clinic Request”

• Please note the following: The template must be used to upload clinic requests Any ‘blank’ line items will generate an error message when you upload the file. To prevent this, make sure

value is entered in every field For “Participants Ages…” columns, enter the total number of participants you expect to be vaccinated for each

clinic. If the client does not expect any participants, the client must enter ‘0’ For the last column on the file, titled ‘Future Use –Please enter 0’, the client must enter ‘0’ in this column or

error will generate For “Event Start Date” column, please do not enter any clinic requests prior to 8/1 (August 1st) Information within the file may differ based on your individual clinic requests (i.e. clinic location, dates/times, etc.) The CVS location that will host the clinic will contact the individual clinic location, to finalize all clinic details’ (and

confirm clinic dates and times)

Additional Questions Once the files are uploaded successfully, the client will be asked a series of questions (see example below)

The answers selected for these questions will apply to all clinics that have been uploaded

After all required fields are populated, click ‘Submit’ button to finalize the clinic request

Request Sent to Pharmacy TeamsClinic requests are now complete and will be routed to the nearest CVS location for clinic scheduling

The nearest CVS location will reach out to each employer location requesting a clinic to confirm clinic details(dates, times, and other clinic information)

Once clinic data has been saved, it may not be changed

o Complete the required field and click the save button

• Delete a Clinic Request, Click the “Trash Can” icon as indicated in BLUE in the screenshot below
