Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of contractual documents and drawings with assistance from document controller.

Ensuring all valid documentation / contract documents are being used on site.

Carrying out regular surveillance inspection on QC activities on site.

Monitoring nonconformance and following up with site team for close out and ensuring corrective / preventive action are taken to avoid repetitions of non- conformances.

Coordination with material supplier/manufacturer for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) inspection of equipments / materials and correct all the problems that arises during the inspection prior to the delivery on site.

Reporting weekly and monthly Quality performance and documentation to Project manager.

Responsible for reviewing all quality records on site and retaining them on Handover Files.
