White Rock is a vibrant community that provides diverse artistic and cultural experiences, supports artists of all disciplines and is a year round destination for cultural tourism.

DRAFT STRATEGIC GOALSGOAL #1: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE ARTSGROW THE CREATIVE ECONOMY AND CULTURE LED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

GOAL #2: EXPAND PARTNERSHIPS AND CIVIC RESPONSIBILITYBROADEN THE CITY’S LEADERSHIP IN ARTS AND CULTURE, MAXIMIZE PARTNERSHIPS AND FOSTER COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE CREATIVE SECTOR AND BUSINESSES.

GOAL #3: INCREASE AND RENEW PUBLIC SPACES REVITALIZE UPTOWN, ANIMATE STREETS, ENLIVEN PUBLIC SPACES AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ARTS AND CULTURAL FACILITIES.
