CRM Proposal For Bowles Hall Alumni and Foundation

O ur objective is to add Customer Relationship Management CRM to our pre-sent BowlesHallAlumni.net web-site. A second need is to better integrate our present alumni, member and friends data-base with the web-site. This will
allows these participants to maintain their own membership records. Our staff and select volunteers would have access to that data-base for members support, fund rais-ing, event management, etc.
We have two alternatives: 1) Use an add-in on the present WordPress site to add the desired functionality, 2) Migrate to a vendor supported, integrated CRM site.
I have examined about eight alternative suppliers, from a universe of several hundred. The two under current consideration are: MemberFindMe, a WordPress add-in and iModules, an integrated, very rich organization management system.
My current preference is MemberFindMe.
The MemberFindMe Pros are:
It can be added to our current site in a matter of days.
It can be maintained by semi-skilled help—me.
The cost is $950 to $2,280 per year, depending on our member count. Spreading the cost over the 185 Hall residents this is $5.14 to $12.32 per resident per year.
They will host our WordPress site for an added $10.00 a month!
The Cons are:
Limited vendor support.
A fixed, prewritten set of modules.

The iModule Pros are:
A very rich array of components.
Built-in (i.e. priced in) vendor support and training.
A history serving profile users: Haas Business School, etc.
They would provide web-hosting.
The Cons are:
The cost is $27,750 the first year or $17,900 a year over three years. Spreading this cost over 185 residents this is $96 per resident per year.
Would require a migration to their web-site and reconfiguring all our present pages.
Our Requirements

How To Install MemberFindMe
1. Install the MemberFindMe plug-in via the WordPress.org plug-in directory or up-load it to your plug-in directory.
2. Activate the plug-in
3. Sign in with your MemberFindMe account
4. Create pages for your membership sign up form, member sign-in form, member directory, member deals page, event calendar using our shortcodes
5. Create your membership levels, and setup Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net for membership billing
