Existing System

Existing CRM consist of customer and service

management with general reporting only.

It cannot be used as an all in one application for an

authorized service center

Proposed System

Proposed system is a combination of customer

and service management with Accessories stock

management.

Also staff details and allocations are managed in an

effective manner.

Overall it can be used as a complete service centre

management software.

Abstract

The project CRM aims in developing a windows

application capable of executing the routine jobs as well as

data management like a multi purpose equipment.

service details of the computers

computer spare parts

stock management

billing options and complete report management.
