Father’s day Service and Jazz Brunch Join us on Sunday morning, June 16, as we celebrate Father’s Day during a special outdoor service at our Creekside Community Stage location! Pastor Simon Forsythe of Life Church will lead a “jazzy” non-denominational service on the Creekside Community Stage at 10:15 a.m. The service is open to the public. Anyone who attends the service and donates a non-perishable food item will receive a free admission wristband for the Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival for Sunday. All food donations will benefit the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
Whether or not you attend the service, make plans to treat “Dad” to brunch at the new “Local Cantina” restaurant at Creekside! Located adjacent to the Creekside Community Stage, the laid-back restaurant with a rustic look will offer a casual buffet brunch with a Mexican flair that is sure to please everyone in the family. Enjoy such great dishes as huevos rancheros, chorizo and egg tacos, and wild mushroom quesadillas, while kids let their culinary skills shine forth while creating their own tacos. After brunch, spend a relaxing day enjoying great music at the Festival with your complimentary admission wristband. For more information on the Jazz Brunch, contact the Gahanna Convention & Visitors Bureau at (614) 418-9114.
