1.2 Site Equipment
The signal from the 3 sectors, 2+2+2 TRXs Alcatel A9100 Macro Base Station located on the level B (EE room) is distributed through a passive antenna system. The BTS is mounted. The electrical power supply source with emergency backup system is the AC panel is located inside the EE room on level B.The system makes use of 20 existing omni antennas, 111 expansion Bi-directional antennas and various types of splitter and tappers.
The BTS uses WBC combiner configuration (do for each sector if different). Antenna EIRP has been calculated with a BTS output power of 39 dBm, with 6 carriers (do for each sector if different).Sector 1,2&3TRX Output Power BTS Power ReductionCombiner LossBTS Antenna Port Output PowerJumper

1.3 Site Parameters The table lists the non-default portion of the active parameter set operating in the OMC-R for at time of PAT testing. The table contains KEPPEL/True Move defined planned values & non-default optimised values. The un-modified default parameters defined by True Move & Alcatel are not listed in this table. The Cell Parameter Change Request (CPCR) form in Appendix 14 details the methodology applied to arrive at the non-default optimised parameter values.Note: All parameters are listed here, delete all the default value rows on a real PAT and only include the non-default or defined parameters as described above. Please include the parameter group title (in yellow shading).

1.4 Site Neighbour Relationship
The table lists the neighbours defined in the OMC-R for at time of PAT testing. Alcatel defined neighbours appear in BLACK, Keppel/True Move defined neighbours included during optimisation appear in RED. The Cell Parameter Change Request (CPCR) form in appendix 12 details the reason for the addition/removal of neighbours during optimisation.SourceNeighbors

3.1 Type of measurement performed:
Normal, connect mode measurement.
Connect mode measurement. Locked on indoor channel. This measurement is only performed if the connection in Normal Connect Mode was handed over to a Macro cell.
Idle Mode measurement. Walk test measurement entering and exiting the building, Idle & Connect Mode.
Elevator measurement. Connect mode, from lowest level to top. This measurement is only valid if elevators included in the design. Elevator measurement. Connect mode, from top level to lowest level. This Measurement is only valid if elevators included in the design. Drive test measurement on street in Connect mode. This Measurement is only valid if in area with Macro Cell Coverage. Drive test measurement on street in idle mode.
Drive test measurement entering each garage access. This Measurement is only valid if garage included in the design and located in Macro coverage area.
Drive test measurement exiting each garage access. This Measurement is only valid if garage included in the design and located in Macro coverage area.
Specific information for each measurement shall be found in Section 4 and under Appendix 13.
4 Explanation of measurement
4.1 Measurement route
Measurement routes are to be defined by Keppel and True Move. However, the routes vary in case there is no access, blockage and/or floor plans are not up to date. The following table details routes that were varied:

4.5 Walk test measurement entering and exiting building, Idle & Connect Mode
Each building entrance (public accessible) is measured in connect and idle mode. The call is initiated in a micro cell and ended in the macro cell when performing measurement exiting the building and initiated in the macro cell and ended in the microcell when performing measurement in the opposite direction. Measurement is started 5 - 50m from the building entrance and terminated on the other side within the same distance. Each walk test route measurement is made continuously. Walk Test route showing Entrance identifier, RXLev, RXQual [GSM-units] & Serving Cell is overlaid on building layout in Appendix 3. Logfile: As per Appendix 1.
