Featured activities: Keynote by Professor Aneta Pavlenko (Temple University). Thursday, 12 May 2016, 17.30–18.30. Public Round Table “New Speakers at the Multilingual University”. Organised by Kiran Kaur and Cassie Smith-Christmas. Scheduled for Thursday afternoon. Contact: Cassie.SmithChristmas@uhi.ac.uk Working Group panels: Each Working Group is allocated a maximum of 12 slots (four 90 min. panels with three 30 min. slots each), which can be used for individual papers or other activities as decided by WG leaders. Local Multilingualism Research Community Panel: “New Speakers at the Multilingual University”. Training and Support Forum: a space for dialogue on issues relevant to PhD and early career researchers, in preparation of the 2017 Tallinn Training Event. Scheduled for Saturday morning. Participation: Papers are restricted to WG members and members of the local research community. Non-presenting audience is welcome to attend free of charge. Registration required.

Travel & Accommodation: International travel: Hamburg is well connected internationally by air and railway. The airport is very close to the city, public transport from/to the airport is quick and affordable. Local transport: Being located right opposite Hamburg-Dammtor rail station, Universität Hamburg is easy to reach by long-distance train and S-Bahn (suburban railway). Accommodation: Several hotels are within short walking distance to the venue and offer free WLAN at prices within the per night limit for this conference. A list will be made available to COST members.

Registration: Registration is required for presenters and non-presenting audience. Starts in February. Deadline: 31 March. There will be a small local fee to cover catering plus a separate conference dinner fee.
