Corporate Landing Business Park is located on the southwestern side of the NAS Oceana and is a 325-acre Class A office,
research, data center and light-industrial business park. The park is located only 5 miles from I-264 via four-lane, divided
arterial roads, with a campus-like setting in an opportunity zone and it is development ready with all utilities stubbed to the
site.
Telxius, a subsidiary of Telefónica, has constructed a 24,000-square-foot cable landing station to support two new ultra-high
speed transatlantic fiber optic telecommunication cables linked at Corporate Landing. The first one MAREA, owned by
Microsoft, Facebook, and Telefónica, brought the first ultra-high-speed 200 terabit fiber optic cable from Bilbao, Spain to
Corporate Landing. BRUSA, owned by Telefónica , brought the second cable from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Virginia Beach in
Q4 2018. The landing station provides high capacity, reliable connectivity options to carriers, data center and colocation
facility operators. MAREA and BRUSA, are the newest and fastest ultra high-speed transatlantic fiber optic telecommunication
cables in the world.
