1.Have they fallen?

2.Has their BMD decreased (>3%) since their last BMD?

3.Have they lost height? (> 2cm height since last visit or >6 cm historically)

4.Have they broken any bones?

5.Are there any other risk factor multipliers to consider? – If yes: they are at increased fracture risk and should

be further assessed, possibly by a lateral x-ray
