Membership

• Adult memberships are good for one year• We issue a TRAC non-transferable card• Your card must be presented each time

material is borrowed• Loss of your card or a change of address

must be reported as soon as possible so we can update your membership.

• Replacement cards are issued for $1/-.

Internet Usage

• 30 minutes per day.

• Most computers are first come first served.

Renewing Materials• Most material may be renewed, provided

it has not been requested by another customer.

• Materials can be renewed 24/7

• Materials may be returned 24/7 at the drop off box outside the library

Requesting Materials

• Material may be requested, at no charge, from any of the libraries in TRAC

• Items may be requested at www.tracpac.ab.ca• Available titles will arrive in about a week• You will be notified by phone when your request

has arrived• Suggestions for new material may be made by

filling out a request card and dropping it off in the Suggestion Box @ the library
