Occasionally a low temperature storage tank must be removed from service for repair or upgrade. If the tank is equipped with column mounted (in-tank) pumps the last 250mm of liquid can not be pumped out. Waiting for the remainder to boil away results in unacceptable delays to project schedule.

Advantages of TPOP (Patent Pending)

1. No special tank penetration required. TPOP will fit through any existing nozzle 6” or larger. The nozzle must have an unobstructed path to the tank floor.

3. There are no leaks to atmosphere during installation or removal of TPOP.

4. A special tank top crane is not required, TPOP can be installed with a chain hoist.

5. TPOP is supplied with appropriate connections to customers piping system.

6. This system can be installed in one day.

7. Uses any electric voltage less than 600 volts, 50/60 Hz.

8. Faster delivery than conventional pump systems.
