In the Discover BYAS Start-Up Programme (SUP) we want you to discover what BYAS has to offer for you.
In the BYAS Beauty Stylist Training you learn how to make your first customers with ease. In the BYAS Start-Up Seminar (SUS) you learn how to build your business by also sharing the BYAS concept with people to build your team.
We want to support you in the best possible way to succeed. That’s why we offer these high-quality trainings as well as the Discover BYAS Start-Up Programme that offers you very interesting positions to reach in the bonus plan as well as potentially lucrative incomes.

How big do you want your first bonus to be?
Positions are ranked up weekly and are always valid for the following week. To earn team commissions on your indirect partners, you must qualify at least for JM position with 3 active direct partners in the previous week.
The faster you become JM, the quicker you earn commissions on your whole team
The faster you gain personal customers, the quicker you earn bonuses on your customers and your CAB
To earn commission on your team you need to meet two pre-conditions
Reach a position in the previous week (we rank up every week) and be active with an Active Status.
Your personal SUP PV qualifies you for the current start month and first following month to reach your Active Status.
After that, you qualify with monthly 0,5 CU PV (from customer sets or customer Re-Buys) for the following month.*
* Note: Until May 2017, you can optionally qualify with 0,5 PPV.

You earn team commissions also on the customer sales of your indirect team partners. The team commissions you receive result from the difference between your position and the position of the partner with the highest position per line (group of partners under a direct partner of you).

3. SUP Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB)
Generating customers successfully is an important part of your success.
Earn a lucrative bonus for your success to gain personal customers successfully (= SUP CAB) and for your support to teach your team partners to do the same in their SUP phase just as well successful. A customer counts for SUP CAB qualification with any Face Lifter or Body Lifter set purchased or with 3 Eye Lifters.

4. SUP Leadership Bonuses
As a BYAS team leader, you earn weekly SUP bonuses on all customers of your new team partners for your support to coach them how to gain customers successfully.
SUP bonuses are paid out weekly.

Dynamic Level Compression
Level plan bonuses are paid “dynamically compressed” up to 12 levels deep. Each BYAS partner including his total sales volume exceeding 0,5 PV represents an active level. All inactive levels below 0,5 PV are “compressed“ to the first active level.
According to your level and your qualification, you get commissions on a specified number of active levels (up to 12 dynamic levels) in the depth.
Inactive Levels (= below 0,5 CU PV) are counted to the next higher active level (= level compression).
Every partner with his customers with at least or 0,5 CU PV forms a level.

Income on Re-Buys of Customers (Level Plan Bonuses)
In addition to all bonuses, BYAS Leaders earn in the SUP Plan on the sales generated by their new team partners in their SUP phase (their first 4 - 6 weeks).
BYAS Leaders earn level plan bonuses on all customer sales (sets + Re-Buys) that are generated after the SUP phase.
Level plan bonuses are paid to generate and sustain active customers and long-term successful customer building.

All positions are permanent for 12 months and have to be re-qualified during this period of time over 3 consecutive months.

8. Definitions and TermsKey information at a glance
PV – Commission value Each product is assigned a so-called “PV value” (provision / commission volume) which determines the commission amount. Generally, 100 € gros in sales corresponds to approx. 1 PV. For each PV, 90 € gros is paid out as commissions across all levels of the bonus plan. This means, each partner earns a percentage on his team sales volume in PV, corresponding to the partner´s position in the bonus plan.
PPV & PGVPPV = personal PV = your personal orders.PGV = your personal group volumes.CU PV = your personal Customer VolumeThe PGV encompasses both your PPV and the orders of your personal end customers (CU PV).
RP – Retail Profit / Basic Retail ProfitThe Retail Profit, or RP, is the profit you earn when you market a product directly to a personal end customer. If your customer orders online directly from WellStar via your app / web shop, you will receive the Retail Profit with the monthly commission.
Extra Retail ProfitIn addition to the regular average Retail Profit of approx. 30%, you can qualify monthly for an Extra Retail Profit of 5 % - 40 % on your personal customers´ monthly PV volume (CU PV). Extra Retail Profits do generally not apply for special sales promotions.
Active statusEvery partner needs to retain his or her Active Status in order to continue receiving commissions and reach a level. This means: You have at least 0,5 PGV each month with customers.
E1 New PVThe E1 New PV is the PGV of your new direct new partners in their SUP phase. For qualification details, please refer to the level and pool bonus overviews.
SUP PV TeamYour SUP PV Team is the whole volume (initial orders + orders of customers) of all partners of your downline who are still in the Discover BYAS Start-Up Programme (= in the first 4 - 6 weeks).
ORGA-PVORGA-PV is the total volume of your organization incl. your own PGV. Example: Taken together, your partners have purchased products for 50 PV and you have 2 PV: in that case your ORGA-PV = 52 PV.

BV – Business Volume (incentive bonus volume)In addition to a PV value, every product is assigned a BV value which is relevant for attaining positions in the commission plan! The BV value can be raised for incentive purposes. Bonus qualifications must be achieved with “real PV“ as well as bonuses are paid only on “paid real PV”. You can find detailed information in the incentive area of your Backoffice.
How you reach plan positionsYou reach a new position by generating the required team sales volume. Up to DIRECTOR position, you have to reach the required sales volume within 1 calendar / production month. From REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT position, you reach your position with the required monthly sales volume over 3 consecutive months.
Please be aware about the quarterly WellStar Momentum Incentives. They allow you to accumulate your team volume over the 3 months of a calendar quarter. Often with BV, you can earn on all your team for special personal efforts. You can find more information in your personal WellStar Backoffice.
Requalification of plan positionsAll positions must be re-qualified within 12 months after start.
Dynamic level compressionEvery partner with his customers with at least 0,5 CU PV forms a level. Inactive levels (= below 0,5 CU PV) are counted to the next higher active level (level compression).
