Motivation
Payload aerospace paradigm: You can build your payload as a function of your mission and not as a function of the current market.
Since Google Lunar X Prize was approach by Team FREDNET as an open space race to the moon, every single person in the world can participate.
Team FREDNET give the opportunity to design and build our own Lunar Rover.
