ENERGY EFFICIENCY COST RECOVERY: Theabovechargeswillbeadjustedtoincludeachargeof$0.00040perkWhonallcustomerswhohavenotdeclinedtoparticipatein Company's energy efficiency programs under P.S.C.Rule4 CSR240-20.094(6). PAYMENT: Bills willbe due onor before twenty-one (21) days after the date thereof.If not paid,theaboverate plus 5% thenapplies. GROSS RECEIPTS,OCCUPATIONOR FRANCHISE TAXES: TherewillbeaddedtotheCustomer'sbill,asaseparateitem,anamountequaltotheproportionatepartof anylicense,occupation, franchise,grossor other similar feeor tax now or hereafter imposedupontheCompany byanymunicipality or anyother governmental authority, whether imposed byordinance,franchise,or otheJWise,inwhich thefeeor tax isbased upon a flat sumpayment,a percentage of gross receipts,netreceipts,or revenuesfromthesaleof electric servicerenderedby theCompany totheCustomer.When suchtax orfeeisimposedontheCompanyasaflatsumorsums,theproportionateamountapplicabletoeachCustomer'sbillshallbe determinedbyrelatingtheannualtotalofsuchsum(s)totheCompany'stotalannualrevenuefromtheserviceprovidedbythistariff withinthejurisdictionof thegovernmentalbodyandthenumberof customerslocatedwithinthatjurisdiction.Theamountsshallbe convertedtoa fixedamount per customer,so that theamount, whenaccumulatedfromallcustomers within the geographic jurisdiction of thegovernmentalbody,willequaltheamountof theflatsum(s).Thefixedamountper customer shallbedividedby12andappliedto eachmonthlybillasaseparatelineitem.Theamountshallremainthesameuntiltheflatsummaybechangedbythegovernmental body,inwhichcasethisprocessshallbeadjustedtothenewflatsum.TheamountshallbemodifiedprospectivelybytheCompany anytimeitappears,onanannualbasis,thattheCompanyis either over-collectingor under-collectingtheamountof theflatsum(s)by more than five percent (5%)onanannual basis.Bills willbeincreasedintheproportionate amount only inserviceareas wheresuchtax or feeis applicable. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE: 1.The voltage,phase and frequency of energy supplied willbeasapproved by the Company. 2.Service will be furnishedfor thesoleuse of theCustomer and will not beresold,redistributedor submetered,directly or indirectly. 3.Service willbesuppliedthroughasinglemeter unlessotheJWiseauthorizedby the Company.The pointof delivery andlocationof themeter willbeatthebuildingwallunlessotheJWisespecificallydesignatedandapprovedinadvancebytheCompanyforeach exception. 4.WheretheCustomer'suseofwelding,orotherequipmentcharacterizedbyfluctuatingorseveredemands,necessitatesthe installation of additional or increased facilities(includingdistribution transformers,serviceconductors or secondaries) solely toserve such Customer,theapplicable provisions of Rider XC willapply inamendment totheprovisions of thisschedule. 5.Livingquartersincidentaltocommercialorindustrialoperationsinthesamebuildingwillonlybeservedtogetherwiththese operationsthroughasinglemeterandbilledunderthisorotherapplicablecommercialindustrialrates.Livingquartersdetached fromcommercia!or industrialbuildings willonly beservedunder applicable residentialschedules.
