WHAT DOES A WELLNESS PROGRAM OFFER?

CURRENT INITIATIVE? ▪ Get Out and Get Fit Challenge- Jan-Mar 2014▪ Complete the challenge of exercising at least 600

minutes a month to be entered into a drawing for $50.00 at each site! (Any form of exercise. (Example: walking, running, aerobics, zumba) Must be a benefit eligible employee▪ GRAND PRIZE at the end of the three months- (1)$150.00

district wide. Must have successfully completed all three months to be entered into this drawing!▪ A quick survey will be emailed to you at the end of each

month
