Returning Answer Documents
• Return all answer documents; do not shred or
destroy any answer documents
• If an answer document is not used, write the
reason not tested in the upper right corner.
• Return unused answer documents paper clipped
together behind the “Burn” material
• Please send in or drop off all testing materials as
soon as testing is completed
• Help us speed up the scanning and editing of the
answer documents13
Add for 2010• Please stack the returned CogAT booklets in grade order and
separately from the DFA’s, unused answer sheets, and extra class and
building sheets
• Place all booklets to be destroyed in a separate stack by itself.
• Big problem occurred when Grade 2 materials were returned in an
unmarked box containing Grade 3-11 materials and we almost missed
them.
• Need to emphasize the need for STC’s to return Grade 2 materials
correctly organized, especially Z-codes, and ready for shipment to
Riverside. DTC will not open, inspect, correct and repack school
boxes.
• Grade 2 should be handled as separate program from Grades 3-1114
