"It’s all about image", this sentence exactly describes the content of our Cobra Art Image book. Cobra Art, established in 1983, is the largest supplier of photographic and original art in Europe.

Cobra Art is a real family business based in the Netherlands. With 100% passion and love for our field, we have been able to create a wide range of photo-graphic art and hand painted originals over the past 30 years.

Together with our artists and photographers, our goal is to create a varied collection of art, suitable for each interior and budget. We do not only distinguish ourselves by our collections, designs and unique presentation, but especially by inventing tailor-made art.

Alain Delvoye, born in Belgium in 1959. He is an creative and com-mercial photographer, specializing in digital art and urban photograp-hy with a style consisting of colorful and energetic imagery. After eight years of art school, he opted finally for photography. He is a complete self-taught photographer.

Damiano Dargenio, born in Milan in 1982. At the end of his studies as graphic designer, he discover-ed in photography an interesting way to give life to his imagination. He is thrown directly in the work and through an uncommon path, learned technique and tricks of the trade, working next to photograp-hic film practitioners.

James Chiew, born in 1969. Everything that James creates started as a hobby. James did not receive any training in design or art. Therefore, he has develo-ped his skills as professional art director and photographer all by himself. To develop his attention to detail.

Jean-Raphael, born in Nancy in 1967. Paris was his home for 20 years where he attended the Busi-ness and Art school. After gradu-ating he moved to the south of France in 1999 to create bars and restaurants, where he also ex-posed his art art works.

Jonas Leriche, born in 1978 the professional photographer of ‘Le-riche Productions’, is an ambitious man full of ideas about a future where his pictures will make eve-ryone want to dream about the fantasies he creates, a future where they too, can take part in those fan-tasies and dreams he experiences.

Elmar Dam, born in the Nether-lands in 1976. He started in 2008 with photographing old, abando-ned and dilapidated buildings. He found it great to walk around in a building and to capture the cha-racteristics, “he missed a lot of creativity”.

John Marcus Cluderay, born in Leeds in 1974. Whether shooting a naked circus artist in a bathtub of milk in Massachusetts USA, or making art nudes in the dunes of the Dutch island Texel, it’s clearly evident that capturing the human form has become an irresistible love affair.

Oscar Munar, born in 1979, in-spired by the crosswinds of fa-shion and nature, coupled with an uncompromising eye towards the female body – Oscar Munar’s work frames the sense of the im-mediate, real and often raw. His photographs resonate with finding the inner soul of each subject and capturing that vision.

Patrick Siemons, born in 1971. Choosing the right location, mo-del, fashionstylist and makeup artist. Capturing the moment su-prême and post processing pho-tography. Shooting a fashionshoot is more than you think.

Ivor Paanakker, born in 1965, is a fashion-photographer with an exceptional style to his work. His portfolio gives a sense of some-thing historic, but is progressive at the same time, always fashionable and feminine, but with a darker edge.

Jordi Gómez, born in Spain in 1978. For his signature style Jordi Gómez mixes an arresting photo-graphic cocktail of glamour, fun and sex-appel, shooting fashion, advertising and lifestyle photo-graphy in his inimitable glossy style.

Igor Vasiliadis, born in Athens in 1972. Due to a fascist coup that took place in Greece, he and his family moved to Russia. At the ass-tonishing young age of 6 he started making photographs and develo-ped his first Black and White film. In 2000 he started his professional photography career.

Jaime Ibarra, born in Spain in 1971, but spent most of his for-mative years in Australia. His love of photography stems from his childhood. No one else in his fa-mily were photographers: "it is just something I've enjoyed doing as far-back as I can remember".

Robert Zwart, born in Amster-dam in 1963. Zwart admires the way the old Dutch masters wor-ked with light. You can see this, reflected in his work. Most of his pictures are very implicit with the result that viewers have questions to be answered.

Max Wiedemann, born in 1975, has given “Urban Art” a whole new definition – instead of spraying walls in the dark and hiding from authorities- based on his Graf-fiti rooted influence, Maximillian is commissioned by some of the most exclusive brands and cele-brities to display his art in the hot-test addresses in the world.

Niko van der Klugt, born in Am-sterdam in 1954. He is truly an autonomous artist. With a graphic training and a long artistic work history as an independent lighting designer for theatre and modern dance productions (both national and international), events, archi-tecture projects and “he now is full into creating digital art in all its beautiful facets”.

Wolfgang Eichler, born in Watten-scheid in 1954. What encourages my work every now and then is a quotation by Alfred Hitchcock: “The Love of Imagination is more decisive than any moral”.

Thierry Vanhuysse, born in 1979, a 36 year old Belgian based pho-tographer has a deep passion for creating images which implement certain emotions on people. He does this by creating several of his images using Long Exposures Techniques.
