After another busy year and the continued improvement and development of our business I would

Christmas is stressful enough without queuing, so this
year, like the last, we will endeavour to make it as hassle
and as stress-free as possible. We have streamlined our
order process and recruited even more staff in order to
make your shopping experience as pleasant as it should

This year again has been another eventful year. We ended
last year on a high again, being voted runner up for Butcher
Shop of the Year and this year we are again a finalist in
Butcher Shop of the Year 2014 for the sixth successive year.
We have also won the Lanarkshire Business Excellence
Award for the Food & Drink category and managed to
completely revamp our shop and website to include even
more features for our customers!

Scotch Fre-Range TurkeyThe KellyBronze turkey is the ultimate experience in Christmas dining. Bred and raised in Ayrshire they are free to roam in the pastures and woodlands. At night they have the shelter of open sided barns with deep straw and plenty of fresh air. The birds are grown to maturity over several months and fed on locally grown cereals without additives, drugs or growth promoters. The result is turkeys with ‘good old fashioned lavour, beautifully moist and a densely textured meat’.

Age Fully mature adult birds, minimum of 24 weeks old, ensuring a succulent texture when cooked.
Welfare Reared in open barns, cherry orchards and meadows. Once old enough, free range turkeys are outside every day for a minimum of 17 weeks. Our standards of welfare meet or exceed the TFTA and Animal Welfare Code regarding pace, diet and conditions.
Diet Natural cereal-based feeds only. Rich in Oats. No animal protein, or growth promoting additives.
Production Prepared on the farm premises with minimum stress to the birds. Dry plucked and hand-finished. Game-hung (in the same way as a game bird) for at least 12 days to develop full flavour and tenderness.

The am pick up will be between 9am - 1pm and the pm pick up times will be 1pm - 5pm. Your order will only be available during your selected time slot so please ensure that you are available to collect your order at this time.
PLACING YOUR ORDER Please order any of the pre-printed items by ticking the box to the right hand side of the item description and price. To place an order for any other items please use the spaces provided in the bottom section of the order from.
Please give a clear description of the product requires as well as the quantity. Please remember to include your regular meat items (breakfast items, mince, sausages, steaks and chicken etc).
Once you have completed your form please return it to us at our shop. Your order form will then be checked by a member of our team at which time you will be given an order number. This number will be written in the space provided on the Introduction & Contents page for safe keeping as you will need this number when collecting your order, so please keep this booklet safe and remember to bring it with you.
Please note a deposit of £20.00 will be required when placing your Poultry Order.
This process is the same for both Christmas and New Year order forms.
All fresh poultry are only available on the 21st-24th December.
