May. During the month of May, I preached a series of messages on prayer. The theme for our church for the month of May was, “Pray in May.” Since then, we have steadily seen God add to our growing church family. I traveled to Hanoi, Vietnam from Singapore to survey future ministry opportunities. Please keep the Vietnamese people in your prayers. There are many exciting opportunities of service to this closed Communist country. One of the highlights of this trip was to hear the song, “Amazing Grace,” played over the hotel speaker system. The Holy Spirit gently reminded me of the need of God’s amazing grace to save the Vietnamese people.

On June 22, we had our first Baby Dedication at Crosslight! What a joy to dedicate the Cope Family baby. I am proud of our people as they continue to grow in grace and make Christ-honoring commitments for spiritually strong families.

June. Corban and I had the privilege of traveling to Myanmar to coordinate

the logistics for our upcoming Medical Missions Outreach Clinic with Bradley Edmondson in the month of August. Please pray as we are only 30 days out, but we are still facing some challenges due to governmental permissions.

Burmese pastors gathered for a SEAL (Spiritual Equipping Asian Leaders) Training in Yangon, Myanmar. I was blessed to teach such an attentive and leadership-hungry group of pastors.

SALVATION PRAISE! I met Shaun back in 2013. Like many Singaporeans, Shaun grew up in a Roman Catholic home. During his youth, he had the opportunity to visit a few churches, but never really committed himself. Through a series of events in his personal life, God allowed us to form a bond. In June, I had the privilege of

leading Shaun to the Lord.

LADIES’ BIBLE STUDY. I am so proud of my wife, Susan. Her ladies’ Bible study group has grown from three to seven consistently. All of these ladies are growing in grace and are

becoming actively involved in our church.
