What is Supported Employment?• Definition:
Supported employment provides support to people with mental diseases or other disabilities to secure and maintain paid employment in the open labour market.

What is Supported Employment?
• A free service for jobseekers with a disability and their employers.
• An effective way for persons with disabilities to get and keep a job.
• Find the right job match to suit jobseeker´s unique ability, skills and interests.
• Job training to help the employee settle into the new position.
Who is our client?
• people with health disabilities
• people with mental diseases
• cooperation with psychiatrist
• negative stereotypes and prejudice in society
Supported Employment enables people with disabilities to:

• Employed: 12 people with disabilities
• Main goal is to find the right job for the person with disability in the open labour market.
• Success is also maintain stabilized state of health, gain new skills and knowledge.
