• By adapting EMroad according to BMW proposal, „invalid“ drives according to original

EMroad turn into valid, especially for CD-Mode.

• Starting in CS-Mode cannot avoid switching to CD-Mode (e.g. by SAVE Battery Mode or

downhill drive). Thus widening the tolerance margin is not sufficient as significant share of

distance could be driven in electric mode only => no CO2 windows.

Furthermore severe driving could be declared as valid by increasing the margin.
