Farming in Scotland

Farming is a very important industry in Scotland.

Around 75% of Scotland’s land is used for farming.

There are about 65 000 jobs in Scotland linked to agriculture.

This is the traditional form of Scottish farming.

These are very small farms and can have both livestock and arable on their farm.
