Summary of our Activities

Day 1:Arrive hotel/Arrangement for dinner.

Day 2:Breakfast, CERN, Lunch in CERN restaurant, Sight seeing in Geneva/Dinner, Return to hotel.

Day 3:Breakfast in hotel, coach journey to Geneva Airport.

Things to start thinking about...

Passport in a safe place. EHIC (card). Weight limit: 20kg + carry on (You don’t

need this much! It’s just 2 nights) Weather: It may be colder and it may rain

a little (warm jumper or cardigan and jacket/coat may be needed).

Currencies: Swiss Franc (Ŧ) and Euro (€) : Just for souvenirs and foods. An equivalent of £60 in Ŧ and £20 in € should be set aside for foods – (lunch and dinner).

No open or high-heel shoes at the experimental sites.

Phone charger- may need universal adaptor in France/Switzerland (different frequency over there).
