This 3 stream Catholic Primary School was Masterplanned with Stage 1 & 2 procured through traditional delivery. In its founda-tion year the school commenced with Prep to Year 3, with Stage 1 comprising Admin Building, Classroom Facilities for years P-3, Multipurpose Building, Tuckshop and Undercover Areas. Stage 2 adds a Resource Centre, extension to Admin, additional Class-rooms and a further Multipurpose Building. Planning has been carefully considered to allow for flexibility to meet the require-ments of a dynamic and adaptable environment, responsive to social and technological changes. The sub-tropical environment allowed outdoor Learning Areas to become a central feature of the school with passive design elements including building orien-tation, use of natural ventilation and daylight being exploited. Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School was delivered for the prevailing BGA rates without sacrificing building quality.
