At least 40 urban poor families have availed of the socialized housing project undertaken by the Cebu City Government in Lorega‐San Miguel. The city government and its partner organizations, Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation Incorporated and the Action for Nurturing Children and Environment or ANCE, turned over the housing units to the beneficiaries .
