Guest would require to login using their ID & password on cbt.riyabusinesstravel.com.

Hotel Request Go to Hotel ta & li k on Book Hotel . “ele t the City and for sear hing the availa ility and click on Submit. They can also select Advance Search option for Specific Hotel or Star Rating.
Guest can select the hotels by using the filter either star, location, Hotel Name and Amenities
wise. Upon selecting the required hotel, room details would pop up. Guest can click on Book or
Add to Cart to proceed further.

Selection Of Rooms
Click on Select Hotel & select from the type of rooms & click on book.
Hotel Booking Page
After selecting the room type, guest would be navigated to booking page. Guest would have to
fill in the mandatory details along with age & click on submit.
Request ID Generation
A unique reference ID is generated, once the request is successfully submitted.
Email Notification to Line Manager Line Manager would receive the request in the form of an email to approve.
Approver needs to click
on Approval URL.
Hotel Request Upon clicking the link for Hotel request in the mail, approver would be navigated to the
following page, where he / she can approve or reject the request. Approver can also view
comparable hotels for the selected request.

Click On Approve/Reject
Once the request is approved from Line Manager, the
hotel request would be auto forwarded to the travel
desk for booking. After booking, guest would receive
the hotel voucher through email.
