advisory board.

learning opportunities for faculty, staff, administrators, and
trustees and increase ease of access to effective practices

system of professional development and peer collaboration in the
country.

development clearinghouse (portal). One-stop shop recommended by
Student Success Initiative Professional Development Committee
(2013).

- Planned Features/Functions Showcase local success stories and
inspire. Contain a library of online trainings and other resources.
Create personalized professional development plan. Include forum to
enhance cross-campus, cross-program communication and
collaboration. Serve as point of access to request additional
consultative services.

models of partnerships with high schools. Effective instructional
practices. Student equity plans. Mandated trainings.
Accreditation-related topics (such as board governance and student
learning outcomes).

- Clearinghouse will be open to all. New Institutional
Effectiveness Partnership Initiative will use as clearinghouse as
tool for helping colleges with student performance, accreditation,
and other issues. Beta testing of clearinghouse planned for summer
2015.
