Construction works continue to be in full swing at Canyon Ranch as developer CenturyCommunities completes a total of 401 house and lot units to date.
Of these 401 homes 157 are scheduled for turnover. Construction is ongoing in 312 moreunits. The 17-hectare community will comprise 796 homes upon full completion.
Building 3 of Canyon Ranch’s commercial areas called The Village Center is completedwhile works continue at Building 2 on the upper floors and Building 1 at the ground floor. Works have also commenced at Building 4.
On the amenities, playground equipment have been installed on the playground areawhile ground works have started for the Clubhouse.
