METHOD
Cà ed Balos grow their Dolcetto grapes on calcareous
clay soils in Mango, in the hamlet of Bosi, on a south-
facing exposure at an altitude of 400 metres. The
grapes are hand-picked in September. Controlled
fermentation in stainless steel.
TASTING NOTES
Black cherries, plums and violets, there’s also an undercurrent of almonds and
more cherry, with good acidity and freshness
