Camera offlineThere are many kinds of reasons for camera offline, most of them caused by network
problems, The solution steps as follows:
1. Please check whether can view real-time video in the LAN. If can view, the LAN is
no problem. Then to check the camera with Internet connection, then check whether
your phone can wifi connection or open mobile data connection. Please check this in
