Short bone, long bone, flat bone, irregular bone, sesamoid bone.

Can shrink, grow or distort their size to stop a criminal or villain.

Bones can produce blood vessels and veins to produce blood.

Can produce food, water or a shield for emergencies.

Joints help us to move our bones and to absorb shocks.
