Wii Fit•WII is a video game system that has a fitness component that has swept the nation.

• It has made people want to get off the couch and become slightly competitive in a fun physical fitness way.

• This can be played with family, friends, or by yourself.

Wii Balance board is what is used to play all the games

It has the ability to measure a persons weight as well as their center of balance

It mainly focuses on a persons center of balance and improving posture
