• Once you have the materials you need to find a large flat area to practice.
• It should be clear of any obstructions.
How to Ride the Bike
1. Start pedaling: hold onto the handlebars and pedal
2. Balance: sit up straight and go slow at first
3. Steering: try steering in one direction, then the other

4. Braking: once you have been riding for a few minutes, start to practice your braking.
5. Put it all together: do all of it at the same time.
• One real challenge that bicyclists face is getting hit by cars.

• Its not only fun but it can get you places faster then walking.
