How to get started

Eligibility

You DO NOT need to be a first-time homebuyer.

You need to live in the home for at least one year.

2 years of experience to qualify, 2 years commitment to stay

*Landed is able to not charge an origination fee because Landed is paid by Landed Partner Agents. If a buyer chooses not to use a Landed Partner Agent, the buyer would be required to pay an origination fee.

Referral Fee

Landed charges a 30% referral fee on the broker commission at the time

that an offer closes; this allows homebuyers to access Landed’s
