How to get started
Eligibility
You DO NOT need to be a first-time homebuyer.
You need to live in the home for at least one year.
2 years of experience to qualify, 2 years commitment to stay
*Landed is able to not charge an origination fee because Landed is paid by Landed Partner Agents. If a buyer chooses not to use a Landed Partner Agent, the buyer would be required to pay an origination fee.

Landed Agent Network
We introduce each educator to an experienced agent from our Landed Agent Network.
Referral Fee
Landed charges a 30% referral fee on the broker commission at the time
that an offer closes; this allows homebuyers to access Landed’s
support for free.
Joining the Network
Agents join our Network by invitation or by bringing Landed
an eligible customer.
