“What is our activity?” Dance: expression through movement, usually set

“How is it levelled?” Levelled Based On: Age/Grade Groups Student Goals

“Clothing Choices” No hats, jewellery, accessories, etc

Fitted, flat running shoes required

“Stretching and Preparation”

Legs: Behind the Knee Hamstring Stretch Torso: Side, Middle and Back Stretch Arm: Simple Arm Circles (to limber up the arms)

“Consumption” Hydration: After the workout, drink approx. 125ml of water

Calories: Daily Calories: 1600 to 2500 calories Calories before activity: 100 calories (small snack)

“Best Types of Energy” 35-40min before workout, eat sugars and carbs.
