OVERVIEWJeep People and Titan Offroad are operating as two separate brands and eCommerce sites under Titan Brands LLC.
Jeep People was originally started by Jeep enthusiasts who felt there was an opportunity to offer Texans a one-stop-shop for all Jeep Wrangler parts and accessories. They opened a warehouse and shop in Austin where they were well received by the community. In the setup of the business they installed an eCommerce store. After operating the physical business for a year, the costs to warehouse and distribute from Austin were too high for the business to sustain and subsequently shut the physical operation at the end of 2018.
In 2019 a new owner joined the syndicate and continued to pivot Jeep People toward a 100% drop-ship and 100% online business. In addition to these changes, growth in the product line, social media management and refined Google strategy has seen the business transform. In 2020, there will be a Jeep People USA Amazon store. This is the fist step to becoming accepted into the Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) program.
Titan-Offroad was started as a private labelled Jeep Wrangler products business. These products are sourced from manufactures in China and imported (by the manufacturer) to California - where they are drop shipped to Titan and Jeep People customers. There are three auto dealers in the Titan Offroad business, including one in Canada (a market where we see great opportunity but have not yet executed on). Building a dealer channel would be highly advantageous to Titan.
The opportunity is to purchase the assets of Titan Brands LLC, including two eCommerce stores, 600k+ social followers, direct manufacturer and distribution relationships and 20k+ subscribers. The business has been operated with a very efficient architecture and with the right operating capital, offers the new owners a fantastic foundation to scale from, with multiple growth opportunities at the door.

Amazon has 50% of the US eCommerce Market and it only keeps growing day by day. Amazon will generate $258 BILLION in US sales this year alone- and that's up by 29% over last year. With Amazon, there are no Facebook Ads, SEO, Shopify, Instagram or any type of Paid Traffic at all - it’s all built and managed within the Amazon platform.
Jeep People USA has been approved to resell products in the automotive category. We have agreements with two of our existing suppliers to resell their amazon products. This will provide a v.low cost, low margin revenue stream. The next step is to get approved to sell Titan products on Amazon which is where the real opportunity is.
OPERATIONSStaff
Jeep People and Titan-Offroad are being operated together. There is one FT employee who manages customer support, order fulfillment and social marketing (incl. 2x weekly emailers). Google Shopping and ads are being managed remotely by one of the minority owners (5hrs x week). Finance, site maintenance and vendor/manufacturer relationships are being managed by the owner.
Suppliers and Distribution AgreementsRelationships with all suppliers are transferrable and the handover to a new owner
will be seamless. As the business has been setup as a pure play drop-ship model, all suppliers and distributors ship orders directly to our customer as though it was from our own warehouse. No stock is held.
Handover, Training and EnablementThe current team will handover all documentation, access to all supporting
technology, workflows and customers. The main FT employee is willing to stay on with the new owners. The current owners are willing to help with the handover as well.
