Deacon of the Week: Brother Kenny Miles 720-2920.

All Kidz Camp Youth Camp Counselors must attend a mandatory meeting TODAY at 2pm at Camp Kehukee.

Samurai Youth Event: Sunday Fun Day this afternoon from 5-11pm for all 6th-12th graders. We will meet at Swader’s in Colonial Heights for an afternoon of fun and then returning to church for the remainder of the event. Cost: $20

Summer Schedule: Just a reminder that we will not have Sunday evening service or activities. We will resume reg-ular Sunday evening service and activities beginning 9/7.

There will be NO Worship Ministry practice on Wednes-day 7/30 and the Evening Service will be held at Camp Kehukee @ 630pm. (No services/activities at Smyrna). Come join us as we worship together at Kidz Camp and bring a tub of your favorite homemade ice cream to share – we will provide the toppings!

There will be a Deacon’s Meeting on Monday, 8/4 at 630pm in room 106.

There will be a Hallow Him Committee meeting on Sun-day, 8/10 @ 5pm in room 106. Anyone interested in help-ing plan this year’s event should attend this meeting.

There will be a SBC Board/Church Council meeting on Monday, 8/11 at 630pm in room 106.

The MOPS will have a Mother’s Night Out on Tuesday, 8/12. We will meet at Smyrna at 630pm then head out to Midlothian to eat and fellowship at “The Desserterie”

Attention Committee Chairs: 2015 Ministry Plan (Budget) Requests are due to the church office by Wednesday, 8/20. Finance Committee 2015 Budget Prep Meetings: 8/26, 9/9, 9/23, and 10/7 at 7pm. New committee members are encouraged to attend.
