Boxing party 2008

It was a bad idea for a party. The theme was boxing. The birthday girl was the promoter. she had planned to throw the party in some nearby woods by the river, but the weather was bad, cold and rainy, so she asked if she could have the party in the warehouse. An old rug was put down to protect people from the con-crete floor. There were no ropes to contain the fights, just people standing around the edges of the rug.

There were six or seven matches be-fore the main event. Most of the people who signed up to fight were not the fighting type. There were mismatches in skill and size. People got fucked up by the violence. Nobody got really hurt, but emotionally fighters and spectators were distrubed.
