BMW E60 M5 Hidden i-drive Menu

Here’s how to access the hidden menu:

1. choose i-drive main screen (with the big “i” in the centre) 2. press (down towards the ground) the i-drive controller for about 15 sec

and then release 3. Rotate the i-drive controller right (clockwise) 3 clicks. 4. Rotate the i-drive controller left (anti-clockwise) 3 clicks. 5. Rotate the i-drive controller right (clockwise) 1 click. 6. Rotate the i-drive controller left (anti-clockwise) 1 click. 7. Rotate the i-drive controller right (clockwise) 1 click. 8. Press the i-drive controller down (towards the ground).

I thought I'd post some photos of information displayed on each screen, the POSITION screen allows you to click the "next 'button to see a few sub-screens showing satellite status etc Please note that nothing can be changed/enabled/activated/reset/etc in this menu it's purely informational.
